About Ukee

Ukee, formally known as Ucluelet, is a little district located on the west coast of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. Ucluelet means "people of the safe harbour" in the indigenous language of Nootka. According to archaeology, Ukee and its surrounding area have been inhabited for at least 4,300 years. Being located in this special town, we strive to make our whale watching tours just as special.
